1. Account Registration

To use Affilytics, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Service Description

Affilytics provides affiliate link monitoring services, including:

• Scanning content sources (YouTube channels, websites, blogs)
• Identifying and classifying affiliate links
• Monitoring link health and availability
• Sending notifications when links break

We do not guarantee that all affiliate links will be detected or that all broken links will be caught. The Service is provided as a tool to assist your monitoring efforts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Submit content that infringes on third-party rights
• Use the Service to spam or harass others

4. Content Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you submit (URLs, channel information, link overrides). By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this content to provide the Service.
• Our Content: All Affilytics branding, software, and documentation remain our property.

5. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• Limited features as described on our pricing page
• May be modified or discontinued at any time

Paid Plans

• Billed monthly or annually as selected
• Auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• You may cancel anytime through your account settings

Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until the next renewal.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including:

• YouTube (for channel scanning)
• Stripe (for payment processing)

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for lost revenue from broken links, whether detected or undetected

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will end immediately
• We may delete your data after 30 days
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Affilytics operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
